                     For this painting I draw houses one was purple and the other was blue.
                    The blue one had dark blue lines on it and the purple one was textured.
                          I like it because the sun set in the sun turned out really well.
                       painting the clouds was easy and they were amazing in the end.
                            It was the best out of the two and  I LOVE it so much.

For the passed three weeks we have been doing art. For my next picture I am going to paint and not water colour. I think I might do some houses for my next painting. Instead of hills the beach and the pier.

                                         My first day back at school.

first I woke up I felt tired because my mum had to wake me up. I was also excited
to see my friends when I get to school. For breakfast I had coco pops rice bubbles and
a milkshake yum.When it was time to go school I was grumpy and tired.

Next I got to school said hi to my friends. Then I put my lunch box on the shelf signed
in and put my bag on the rack.after that I played in the big break out with Taylor Violet
and Eartha.

after we sat on the mat and did panui. After we did writing. We were writing in our book
and read a after writing we did reading. We read a book called heart beat and we had to fill in
a sheet about the book.When were finished we went to break.

Finally At the end of the day we went around the class looking at Artists paintings/drawings.
we wrote the number they had on the painting in our book. We also had to do little notes about
what we liked about them.

I had fun playing with my friends at school. But I was so tired when I got home. I had the best
day ever.

Honkey the donkey

 we had to make a book for the younger kids at school.We had to make it on google slides and then we got to print it out. It  took me about two weeks till I had no mistakes.

Winter sport

 Winter sport 

For winter sport this year I did circus. At circus the first thing I did at every session
was a warm up. We did stretching, games and then  we went to do our activity for the day.

My favourite activity was silks. We got to do the peter pan on them. It was fun doing tightrope
too.   Our teachers were called Chris, Chris and Lisa.

We also got to go on the balls and we had to run and jump over them. There
was a small, medium and big ball. We also got to do hula hoops and juggling.

I enjoyed it and I am going to do it next year. I love circus so much.

Ecosystem

I had fun making the ecosystem and in my group was Addison, Bella Rose ,
and me Jessica. For our ecosystem we used

*bottles
*potting mix
*seeds
*leaves
*pebbles
*water
*oxygen weed

The way we made it was in all the bottles we put pebbles in the bottom.
In  the top layer we put potting mix on top of the pebbles and put seeds
in the potting mix. In layer two we put leaves on top of the pebbles and put
worms in two make soil from the leaves. In the bottom layer we put water and
 oxygen weed. We put a reel fish in one of the ecosystems Bubbles got put in the
 ecosystem.

The producer is something the grows like fruit plants and trees we put plants in the
soil. The decompose is something that eats things like humans and worms we
put worms to eat the leaves and turn it into soil. The Consumer is an animal
that lives underwater like fish fungi and moss.

We did 9 sessions of science and my favourite was making lemonade. We got to make lemonade and we tried putting raisins in the  lemonade and tried  to make the raisins jump up and down in the lemonade and it worked.

We used.

*baking soda
*lemon juice
*lime juice
*water
*raisins
 

My lemonade made the raisins jump up and down but I had to shake the cup a lot it was amazing at the end we got to drink the lemonade.

 Mouse name is Coco and the mans name is Jeff.                 
Ok now let's get onto the story. Coco is a cute brown mouse and Jeff is an old man with gray hair.

One day Jeff was behind his arm chair  he poked his head out to see and suddenly
 Coco  came out of no where. Jeff saw him running to the kitchen. And he poked his
head out again and he was climbing up a bag hanging from the bench.

When Coco got on the bench he walked over a spoon and saw a trap. He walked around
it and then went in it Jeff didn't think it would fall but it did in the end. Jeff was dancing
around the room and then the box moved he got some news paper and put it under the box
and put it on the windowsill  outside and Jeff heard a cat and  and put him on the table.

Jeff put Coco under a blue light and he poked holes in the box so Coco could breathe.
Then he got a bottle lid and put some water in it  he lifted the box and flung the lid in the box.
 Then Jeff put some bread in the box and Coco flung it back out the hole in the top of the box.

Then Coco got let out the box and he started to eat the bread and at night Coco climbed on Jeff and started to eat the bread crumbs off Jeffs robe.

    The tuatara

                        The Tuatara is a reptile.

It looks like a lizard with spikes down its back and it is bigger than

 most lizards.

It lives in the coastal areas of New Zealand and it sits in its burrow until some food
 comes past like crickets weta and spider.

They have been on earth for over 225 million  years
They are unique animals.


There closest relatives died out around the time of the dinosaurs. There are quite
important differences.  They don’t have external ear holes, and are born with a third eye.

The are the only spisys in there order of reptile. There ribs are different and have
 extra holes in there skull.

Tuatara is the moari word meaning spines down there back. Males put up their spines
 when trying to attract a girlfriend.

kids teach

Kids teach is where the kids teach fun things it is fun.  I did
netball for the first session.
It was not very fun because Ava and Anika were not playing netball the right way
we were just playing games. I enjoyed it at the end when we played netball. For session
 two i did drawing and it was fun I drew a spooky tree for my mum she liked it and put it
 by the fish tank on the blue cabinet. I enjoyed trying to draw good i had fun. The thing
that worked well was that I was not distracted by my friends. We should do kids teach
again so other kids can have a tern to teach a group.

Scotland

Scotland is in the UK and is a big country it is 80.077KM2  . Scotland has a lot of people the population is 5.425 million. Scotland's nearest neighbor is England. The  distance from christchurch to Scotlandd is 18.545 km.

The languages spoken in Scotland are English , Scottish gaelic and scots .English is the most popular language spoken by 99% of Scotland is English. Scottish gaelic is the second most popular language spoken in scotland is Scottish gaelic.

Scotland's national animal is  very different it  is a unicorn.Scotland have as animals dolphins golden eagles deers scottish wild cat and the common european viper. Even though the snake is called the common european viper i do not think it is that common.

The food they find the best  is haggis. It is made out of sheep heart and pigs blood and on the side they get mashed potato and bread or mashed pumpkin.The most popular drink is scottish whisky.

Winter  in Scotland are an average of 0.c  and in the summer it is temperatures averaging 15-16.c. in winter it is very cold and it can snow i would love it to snow if i go there. It will be my dream.

THE currency for Scotland is the GBP pound it is two colors gold on the outside and silver in the middle. The continent of Scotland is in is Europe. The capital city of Scotland is edinburgh. Scotland is in the northern hemisphere.

Chariot of fire blog

The people in my group For the  chariot of fire are Addison Minttu and London.  We used Cardboard  Scissors  bottle tops Paper straws Laminated Strips Hot glue gun. Our Chariot was not so good the first time and it took us a few times before we got it wright. In the end we won the non Competitive race  and we went to the finals. We did not win because our Chariot keeps rolling over.  I was a bit sad but it was  fine we were still stoked that we won the non Competitive race. I love the spheros they are so fun to drive and I want one at home. So I can drive it all day long I got to drive the sphero in the race we went on full speed.I think that's how we won. I also got to drive the sphero in the finals to I loved it that's why I want one at home to drive around the house.

Camp reflection  

My favourite activity was...Raft building because my team won. As soon as the other team lifted it up it broke.I really challenged myself...to get on the giant swing but I did it after that and it was fun.

I made a new connection with...Jade she is nice and good friends.My favourite meal was…the pie and coleslaw the pie was the best pie I ever had. When I got home I... was so tired and I got a nice welcome home.
