Belonging

 Choice & challenge

Every Friday Minttu, Mya, Eartha and I go down to the little kids class and make play dough. We teach years 0-3's. It can be hard sometimes but not that hard that we can’t handle it. But when making play dough it's not just fun. The kids are also learning to take turns because they are passing the bowl around the table, and taking turns to poor things in the bowl. They are also learning to share because when all of the groups are finished making their batches of play dough and they all have there on little pieces they can go around to the other tables and trade a bit of their play dough for a bit of the other group's play dough.

Cross country

On cross country day we got told that we had to do it. It was at that moment I thought I was going to die.

(don’t worry I didn’t die) Cross country is one of my least favorite things in the whole world. I dread that day every year. When I used to run cross country last year I only had to run 2 laps of the bike track, but now I have to run 3 laps of the whole school. But because I had to do it I did it and even though I didn’t place it doesn't matter I still participated in one of the things I dread the most.
